Unique Product Design Maximizes Output of UV LED Chips

Black Diamond™ 365 Series consists of a compact lighthead connected by cable to a separate control box with power supply. The unique lighthead consists of a high-density array of LED packages set in a patent-pending design of angles in an aluminum base. Light beams emitted from each LED package culminated by an also patent-pending optical rod layout are converged into a single, focused line / region of amplified power at scaleable lengths. The high intensity, single-peak 365nm UV LED packages in integrated product designs delivering up to 4W/cm2 peak irradiance are fan-cooled only with active cooling pins.
